Highly Skilled Migrants (Tier 1) - General sub-category - There is a one stage application process for this scheme which costs £600 for an out of country application and £750 in country. The charge is £350 if you submit a valid HSMP approval letter with your application (because you have already paid for the approval letter).
Exemption from fees - Nationals of any country that has ratified the Council of Europe European Social Charter and their dependents who are applying for leave to remain under the terms of a European Community Association Agreement are exempt from the charges.
