When you are looking for accommodation, you should first contact the Accommodation or Welfare office, or the Students' Union at your Higher Education institution.

They may have lists of local accommodation available for rent.

They may also have inspected the accommodation to check it is suitable and they can help if you have any problems.

Most rental properties are advertised in newspapers and on the Internet so this is a good place to look.
