Can I employ someone on a Post Study Work visa?

Yes. The Post Study Work category of Tier 1 enables non-European Economic Area graduates, who have obtained their qualification in the UK, to work in the UK for two years after successful completion of:

• HND (from Scotland)
• Bachelor's
• Master's
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education or Professional Graduate Diploma in Education
• PhD

At the end of the two years the individual can transfer into another migration route if they meet the criteria.
